I just recently realized that I never did tasting notes on this beer. Don’t tell Amy that I stole one of the last few bottles for this.

After several months, this beer has gotten pretty clear. It’s always been a beautiful, deep magenta color. The head is thin with tiny white bubbles. The aroma is all raspberry. It is not as fresh and lively as it once was, but it is still thoroughly fruity.

The first sip is spritzy and sour, with more raspberry. It tastes a lot more sour than it smells. It is very dry but the acidity keeps it lively. It is very refreshing, but a bit one dimensional. Maybe two dimensional. It is all tart, sourness and tart raspberries.
