Unibroue La Fin Du Monde Tripel: This particular beer is one of the beers that really opened up my mind to what a beer can taste like, it’s been around for a while and was one of my first true craft beers. Despite being owned by Sleeman’s aka Sapporo, the Unibroue beers still stay true to the craft beer culture in terms of quality and are re-fermented in the bottle for carbonation. This particular beer has won a multiple awards over the years and I like to grab one or two every year or grab multi-pack cases for beer to serve at home when guests come over. It is brewed at a strength of 9% abv with 19 IBUs and has been a year round offering since 1994.
